As part of the ACOMAR project, we have tested several cleaning tools at the Port of Esbjerg.
Our team removed marine growth of the sheet pile wall in the basin while they followed the operations via screens from the orange container.
The tests were performed in cooperation with Sihm Højtryk A/S and Mati2ilt. Sihm contributed high pressure test equipment, and Mati2ilt carried out water samples.
Led by SubC, the new subsea robot, ACOMAR, is under development to remove marine growth more safely and cost-effectively.
