SubC Partner is committed to creating an open and honest work culture where everyone feels safe to report any suspicions of illegal or unfair practices.

Our whistleblower policy gives all employees, external partners, and others with relevant knowledge the opportunity to report such matters anonymously or pseudonymously.

What can be reported?

Our whistleblower policy can be used to report any matters that are in violation of applicable law or our own internal policies. This could include:

  • Corruption
  • Bribery
  • Fraud
  • Occupational health and safety violations
  • Embezzlement

How to Report

You will be directed to the WhistleSystem website, where you can anonymously or pseudonymously report an incident.
Once you are on the WhistleSystem website, follow these steps:

  1. 1. Opret rapport (Create report).
  2. 2. Enter the following information:
    · Emne (Subject)
    · Beskrivelse (Description)
    · Any relevant documents or files
  3. 3. Click on the "Send" button.

Your report will be sent to an independent committee for investigation. The committee will review your report and take appropriate action.
Please note that you will need to click on the reCAPTCHA box before you can submit your report. This is a security measure that helps to ensure that only real people can submit reports.

Anonymity

You can choose to report an incident anonymously or pseudonymously. If you choose to report anonymously, your identity will be protected as much as possible.

Legal rights

You have the right to be heard before a decision is made about your report. You also have the right to receive an explanation of the decision.
