SubC Partner provides a wide range of services, including demounting, installation, painting, retrofits, NDT etc.

Before starting on large projects, we offer an onsite inspection of the assignment to gain the best possible understanding of the task. Detailed pictures of the tasks are taken and the project is discussed in detail with the customer before commencement. Rope access technicians with the right background and certificates are specially selected for each job. 

For small-scale tasks, we can provide a cost and time estimate based on the customers briefing and own photographs.

A detailed risk assessment and method statement for the task is sent to the client for approval before starting work. When approved, the Rope Access team is mobilized offshore to minimise downtime and customer costs.

ROV inspection

...SubC Partner offers efficient ROV inspections of turbine foundations.

With our extensive experience of ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle), we can assist a wide range of marine tasks using ROV fleet.

We have custom-built our ROVs using tools and sensors for our light to medium size Work Class ROV systems to ensure that we select the best equipment to minimize downtime. With our in-house testing pool, we are also able to proof test all operations onshore prior to deployment offshore.

We continuously develop and introduce new equipment to expand the operational capabilities of our ROV’s for us to offer maximum value to our customers.

Our capable ROV can be delivered to the site on a transfer vessel and lifted to the work platform using the davit crane and small lifting basket. This eliminates the need for large support vessels and expensive fuel charges.

Once the lifting basket is hoisted to the working platform, the two operators will rapidly mobilize the ROV and control system. In just 20 minutes the complete system is ready for use.

Our highly trained ROV operators will document all findings during the inspection and report the findings back immediately.

The operators edit a separate video for each turbine with accurate position logged video inspections which ensure a traceable documented inspection.
