Located at the Port of Esbjerg, our advanced fabrication center is equipped to produce complex and large-scale structures under controlled conditions. This enables us to maintain full oversight of the process, ensuring that each component is manufactured to exact specifications.

Our fabrication work is rigorously monitored by dedicated construction supervisors, who oversee Fac-tory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of all equipment. Before shipping to the work site, every detail under-goes thorough inspection and quality control to meet our customers’ exact requirements.

We are experts in designing aluminium structures for harsh environments

SubC Partner design, fabricate and install aluminium structures for use in various areas such as offshore, vessels, platforms, and rescue systems.

We offer aluminium solutions from concept through engineering, design, and manufacturing to installation. The aluminium structures that we manufacture are often structures such as 2.7-1 containers, platforms, stairways, gangways, and handrails. Normally we use 6060, 6082, 5083, and 5754 aluminium alloys for our aluminium structures.

When needed, our innovative team of technicians and engineers, who understands the full manufacturing process, can also help with the design of aluminium structures and equipment.

In our effort to make intelligent aluminium structure designs, we use 3D modelling, small scale prototyping, and our solid experience of fabrication and installation.

Our engineers, welding engineers, and project managers can ensure that WSP etc. are available. Our HSEQ department ensures that our customer's requirements always are fulfilled.

A significant track-record delivering Inconel cladding solutions for the Offshore industry

SubC Partner offers Inconel cladding of various materials. The Inconel cladding is used where the requirements for the protection of surfaces is essential. We have specialized knowledge in providing solutions for protection against corrosion and abrasion by using Inconel cladding.

To ensure you the best possible flexibility, we have established a team of trained Inconel operators and welding experts capable of performing Inconel cladding and machining on-site. Further, we have developed special Welding Procedure Specifications and Qualifications Records (WPS/WPQR), which can reduce time and cost.

Specialists in fabricating, repairing, and installing various kinds of process equipment

We fabricate and install spools, piping, process equipment, riser flow lines, tie-ins, and complete modules with manual and automated welding processes – for the offshore Oil/Gas industry and the onshore process and refinery industry.

Also, we perform the repair of process equipment, cyclones, tubular heat exchanger, pressure vessels, pig launcher/receiver valves etc.

With our ability to perform pressure tests in-house, we are able to cover the entire value adding manufacturing chain, which allows us to perform a high level of quality, lead time, and price.
