SubC and Score Denmark team up on valve diagnostics

SubC and Score Denmark have entered into a partnership that strengthens our valve service with Score’s MIDAS® Meter technology.

The MIDAS® Meter uses acoustic emission technology to detect and quantify internal valve leakage without dismantling the valve first. Testing is carried out while the valve remains installed, making it possible to assess a large number of valves in a relatively short time.

That gives us a much faster overview of where the actual problems are.

Instead of dismantling valves one by one for inspection, we can identify which valves are leaking, assess the severity of the leakage and focus the maintenance effort where it is actually needed.

Once the valves requiring attention have been identified, SubC handles the necessary service, repair or replacement. This makes the overall process more efficient and allows maintenance to be planned based on the actual condition of the valves.

For our customers, that means fewer unnecessary interventions, faster fault detection and a clearer basis for prioritising maintenance and shutdown activities.

We identify the valves that need attention and focus the work where it is actually needed.
