So, do you have the drive and structure to be responsible for the contact with the Sales Agent network and build long-term relationships? Then the position as Sales Agent Coordinator might be the right job for you.
About the position
JibFlex is searching for a profile to search and select relevant sales agents, initiate relationships, and ongoing follow-up in close cooperation with the Strategic Sales Director and Product Manager. You will be responsible for reaching the market, contacting agents, and coordinating the market roll out to Sales Agents.
Your area of responsibility will be:
- Search and select of Sales Agents globally
- Initial contact to potential Sales Agents and coordination of meetings
- Coordination and overview of progress with Sales Agents in the start-up-phase
- Facilitation of marketing material to Sales Agents in cooperation with the Marketing Coordinator
- Coordination of incoming orders from Sales Agents
- Participation in meetings with strategic Sales Agents and marketing activities
- Responsible for ongoing follow-up and networking with all the Sales Agent network.
- Coordination of customer orders with Product Manager
You will be working closely together with the Strategic Sales Director, but the expectation is that you are driven and have a proactive approach to your work.

The right candidate for the position also possesses some of the below qualifications:
- Have 1-2 years’ experience from a similar position in a B2B market
- Have experience with outreach Sales and market research
- Have strong coordination skills
- Hold a relevant commercial education
- Is able to communicate fluently in English
- Preferably German as well
- Outgoing and have strong networking skills
