SubC Partner is an international supplier of complete process solutions and specialist services in the energy and process industries. We support customers across offshore energy, onshore refining and industry, and regulated sectors such as Food & Pharma, delivering engineered solutions from concept to commissioning.
We combine deep engineering know-how, strong fabrication capabilities and hands-on project execution to deliver turnkey process plants and complex systems that perform reliably, safely and compliantly in real operational environments. Our focus is on delivering value to our customers by reducing risk, simplifying project delivery and meeting strict quality and compliance requirements.
As a single-source partner, we offer a wide range of services including engineering, fabrication, installation, inspection, maintenance and testing. Company milestones
SubC Partner A/S is established and the headquarter placed in Esbjerg, Denmark.
The first framework agreement: “Foundation services” made with HR1 Vattenfall.
SubC achieved the first supplier approval from NKT Flexibles.
The first large offshore contract: “Repair of foundation” signed with HR1 Vattenfall.
The first module supply contract: “Trym module” agreed with Maersk Oil.
The first Oil & Gas Offshore Installation assignment was signed with Maersk Oil.
The first EPC project within Offshore Construction: ”Water maker module” was signed with Alfa Laval.
The first riser supply: ”EPC riser caisson” was signed with Technip.
Proven IPR concept: “BM repair on live riser” for Maersk UK.
SubC has developed a new solution for cathodic protection for submerged structures.
Approved by ABS to carry out "In Water Survey of Vessel´s and MODU´s by Divers and ROV including NDT inspection and UT".
SubC has developed a new solution to ensure safe operations in the splash zone and subsea.
The Robotic Crawler system won Total’s Best Innovators Award in the category of Technical Innovation Solutions for the North Sea and Russia.
The first of May we achieved 700 days without a Lost Time Injury. This has only been possible with the dedication, focus and hard work of our people and their commitment to safety.
SubC's Robotic Crawler team won Next Step Challenge's Scale-Up Award in the offshore category.

SubC was awarded a long-term, Fabric Maintenance Contract (FMC) for TotalEnergies in Denmark along with our partner Altrad.
In September 2023 we acquired SH Group's Esbjerg division
In December we acquired the buildings at Sahara 4 on Esbjerg Harbor.
