SubC Partner is an international supplier of services and products to the offshore industry. Our aim is to offer the most innovative, flexible, and cost-effective solutions to lower the price of energy.

We offer a broad range of offshore inspection, installation, repair, and maintenance services as well as engineering and fabrication competences. We act as a single source supplier within subsea services, site service, and construction.

This enables us to act as a one-stop-supplier for offshore projects while holding a consistent focus on high quality, flexibility, and on-time delivery.

SubC Partner founded

SubC Partner A/S is established and the headquarter placed in Esbjerg, Denmark.

2006
First framework agreement

The first framework agreement: “Foundation services” made with HR1 Vattenfall.

2006
First supply approval

SubC achieved the first supplier approval from NKT Flexibles.

2008
First large offshore contract

The first large offshore contract: “Repair of foundation” signed with HR1 Vattenfall.

2010
First module supplier contract

The first module supply contract: “Trym module” agreed with Maersk Oil.

2014
First offshore installation assignment

The first Oil & Gas Offshore Installation assignment was signed with Maersk Oil.

First EPC project, offshore construction

The first EPC project within Offshore Construction: ”Water maker module” was signed with Alfa Laval.

First riser supply

The first riser supply: ”EPC riser caisson” was signed with Technip.

Proven IPR concept

Proven IPR concept: “BM repair on live riser” for Maersk UK.

Anode Repair Solution

SubC has developed a new solution for cathodic protection for submerged structures.

Approved by ABS

Approved by ABS to carry out "In Water Survey of Vessel´s and MODU´s by Divers and ROV including NDT inspection and UT".

The Robotic Crawler

SubC has developed a new solution to ensure safe operations in the splash zone and subsea.

Won Total’s Best Innovators Award

The Robotic Crawler system won Total’s Best Innovators Award in the category of Technical Innovation Solutions for the North Sea and Russia.

700 days without a LTI

The first of May we achieved 700 days without a Lost Time Injury. This has only been possible with the dedication, focus and hard work of our people and their commitment to safety.

A2X project prequalified for national CCS funding

We’re happy to share that A2X – the CO₂ capture project led by Energnist and co-owned by HYTOR Group, Terotech and SubC Partner – has now been officially prequalified for national CCS funding by the Danish Energy Agency (Energistyrelsen).
