OFFSHORE WIND - INSPECTION REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

SUBC PARTNER has mobilised the vessel Oil Express. The setup is excellent for INSPECTION, REPAIR and MAINTENANCE on OFFSHORE WIND CONSTRUCTION, FOUNDATION, SPLASH ZONE and UNDER WATER activities in NORTHERN EUROPE.

Aluminum Division

January 2011

SubC Partner is to become a leader in the design and manufacture of structures and equipment made from aluminum. We are seeing an increasing demand for aluminium structures and equipment within the maritime sector, offshore wind, oil and gas industry, where we already have core competencies.

SubC Partner has signed an agreement with Maersk Oil for the delivery of major aluminium components and structures for the Halfdan platform.
Delivery includes detailed design, procurement and manufacturing.

We man up in our aluminium section with another project manager, Mads Obling Rasmussen and one foreman; Allan Spangenberg Nielsen. Both Mads and Allan have extensive knowledge of the aluminium industry, including: management, design, procurement and manufacturing.

SubC Partners offers our national and international clients ALU solutions from concept, engineering, design and manufacture to installation. Our greatest strength is our collective knowledge about intelligent design, materials technology, welding technology and craftsmanship.

Alpha Ventus

SUBC has signed an EPCI Contract regarding repair of the foundations/boatlandings for the Alpha Ventus Offshore Windfarm.

Horns Rev 1 - Foundation Repair

The project is now completed and has been handed over to the owners; Vattenfall and DONG Energy. The project has been a success and has been completed in time without any accidents, even though we have made more than 20.000 personal transfer offshore and more 100.000 working hours offshore.

Rømø Havn

September 2010 RØMØ BASE FACILITY SUBC has made a long term contract concerning base facilities on Rømø Havn. This gives us optimum possibility for servicing our clients and coming offshore wind farms in the northern part of the German Bay.

TRYM

SubCPartner has delivered a complex topside process module for the Trym project for the Norwegian and Danish offshore sector. The contract comprised detailed engineering, procurement, construction, management, and test, including structures and installtion of process, electrical equioment and instrumentation

The module was succesfull completet and released as agreed in time.

SubCPartner has been awarded a Contract by the Joint Venture VSGM, consisting of Visser & Smit Hannab and Global Marine Systems Limited for assisting the in-field subsea cable installation on the offshore wind plant Horns Rev.
